Step 1: Create a User Account

Before you can begin receiving automatic email updates of our website, you'll need to create a user account.  At the bottom of the page, you should see a login form that looks like this:

If you do not have an account already, click "Register" to create a new login and password.

Step 2: Subscribe to the Website Newsletter

Once you are a registered user, you can join the newsletter.  First, login to your account using the form at the bottom of the page.  After logging in, you should see a new menu at the bottom of the page which allows you to subscribe to the automatic email update system.  Click the "Newsletter subscribe" button and follow the instructions.
